How a BidFax removal works with us

Updated:

BidFax keeps one listing per car but shows it under two addresses, bidfax.info and en.bidfax.info. Our removal is built around that: one order, both addresses, filed and followed up by us. Here is how it runs, in six steps, from finding the pages to the days after they come down.

Step 1 — Find the listing on both addresses

Have the VIN ready — the 17 characters on the driver’s-side door frame, at the base of the windscreen or on the registration document. Then pick a route:

  • The checker on this site asks our scanner whether BidFax has the VIN and returns the link, whether the page has photos and, when it was measured, where the page ranks in Google for that VIN.
  • Our free check on cleanvinusa.com, or the Telegram bot @Cleanvinusa_bot. In the bot, send /start and then the VIN; the answer comes within 30–60 seconds. Both look at BidFax and the other sites we cover, plus Google, with no account and no payment details.
  • By hand. Look the VIN up on bidfax.info and on en.bidfax.info, then search Google for it in quotes — "1HGCM82633A004352" — and switch to Images as well, because listing photos are often indexed apart from the page.

Write down every address you find. You do not need both to order, since the removal covers the listing on both, but the list makes checking the result quick.

Step 2 — What comes down, and what stays

The removal takes out:

  • the full listing in the BidFax database, with its photos and the purchase price;
  • the vehicle page on bidfax.info and on en.bidfax.info — the same car can have a page on each, and taking down only one would leave the other online;
  • the Google result for the page, once the page itself is gone.

What stays is everything official. People often call this “VIN removal”, yet no VIN disappears from any official record. The title and any brand on it, NMVTIS data, insurance claims, Carfax and AutoCheck reports and the auctions’ own databases are kept by other organisations, and a report bought for the VIN reads the same afterwards. Copies of the record on unrelated websites are separate pages, outside this order.

Step 3 — Order: normal or fast

Order from the checker result or the button on this page, and the VIN goes with the order. Ordering from the product page instead? Enter the VIN in the field there before adding the removal to the cart. If you noted page links in step 1, include them — it helps.

Two speeds are on offer. The work is identical; only the deadline and the price differ:

  • Normal — $29.98, done within 12–24 hours;
  • Fast — $39.99, on a shorter deadline that is shown on the option at checkout.

You pay by card, PayPal or USDT. The payment providers handle the payment, and we never store full card details. What you buy is a digital credit: nothing is shipped, and the credit is applied to your VIN as soon as the order arrives.

Step 4 — What we do after you order

We work on orders 24 hours a day, every day. Once yours is in:

  1. We file the removal request with BidFax, covering the listing on both addresses.
  2. We follow it up until the pages are gone. There is nothing you need to send to BidFax.
  3. We confirm to you when the pages have been processed.

The normal option takes 12–24 hours; the fast one runs to its shorter deadline. Either can take 1–2 days longer during Google updates or technical problems on the servers. If BidFax asks for proof that the car is yours, we tell you what it needs.

Step 5 — Photos and Google

Two things trail the removal, and both are expected:

  • Photos. Image copies can stay visible for up to 3 days after the listing is gone.
  • Google. Once the pages are down, we ask Google to drop the old results for eligible links — one for each address the car had. Results usually catch up 1–2 days after the page is removed; cached previews can take a little longer, and nobody controls Google’s exact timing.

Step 6 — After the confirmation

  • Open each BidFax address you noted; neither should show the car any more.
  • A few days later, search the VIN in Google again, in the web results and in Images.
  • Keep our confirmation together with your list of addresses.
  • The removed listing stays gone. If the car goes through another auction, or another site reposts an old copy, the new page is a new case and a new order.
  • Before you sell the car, run the free check again to see what a VIN search shows at that point.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need two orders for bidfax.info and en.bidfax.info?

No. One BidFax removal covers the vehicle page on both addresses, together with the photos and the purchase price in the listing.

Is the fast option a different service?

No — it is the same work on a shorter deadline, for $39.99 instead of $29.98. Choose it if you need the listing gone sooner; otherwise the normal option does exactly the same job.

Can I ask BidFax myself?

You can, at no cost. When we checked in October 2026 we could not find a removal procedure published by BidFax, and requests without a clear basis often go unanswered; following them up is the work we do.
